I am fat right now but I 'm always trying hard to lose weight. I weighed 75kg but since my work is online, I'm facing computer for about 12-14 hours a day so I barely find time to do some workouts. That's why all I can do for the meantime is to limit food intake.
I started to feel kind of conscious about my health when I saw some surgeries and after effects of overeating while browsing on my Facebook wall plus being diabetic is in our bloodline. I don't know but whenever I see cakes and other sweets, my thoughts suddenly drifted to diabetes, as if it was the scariest disease, lol. Besides, I've witnessed several cases happening to relatives and friends so instead of bread and soda while working, just apples and cucumber. At first, the cucumber taste a bit odd but I still managed to finish it all. Oh how I love eating! :D :D I am not a picky eater and I thank God very much for that. No leftovers! At least I'm not gaining calories :D
I am a healthy eater now!
